Watson Christmas report

Lots of Loopin' Louie played with Alex, Cori, Logan, Wesley, and Michael. Played Dominion with Michael (I gave them a copy).

Other than gaming, we ate a lot of rotisserie chicken, drank wine, had cheese and crackers, watched Daria and Mikey interact, posed for photos, and had a grand time.

Played a ton of games today

Robo Rally and Transamerica with my nephew Logan, then Race For The Galaxy, Duck Duck Safari, and Dominion later at the parents' night out with Lee.

How to tell I am getting old

All I can think of when I see this picture is "what happened to her back?"

Christmas train still rolling along

We went to Alex and Cori's ballet recital tonight. It was good, by which I mean short.

Fantasy Flight Games announces delay on War Of the Ring: Total Bling edition

Fantasy Flight Games announced that their publisher won't make a shipping deadline to allow FFG to get the preorders out for War Of The Ring: Collector's Edition.

While always a tough call, kudos to the publisher for making it right, rather than shipping mediocre product, and kudos to FFG for handling it in a forthright manner.

Wednesday night gaming

Whew. I introduced Lee to Dominion: Intrigue last night. She said, "There are too many choices!" I won by 3 points, but it was still close.

Other than that, meh, still working on "stuff and things and stuff," as we say around here. I did get the first mail-ordered Christmas presents in today.
